Paul is a recently retired Police Officer.
Soon after starting his Law Enforcement career, Paul became active in the department’s K-9 Unit as a decoy and training assistant.
When the first opening became available, Paul tested for the position of K-9 Handler and was selected for the position and soon thereafter, he attended an intensive four-week training program with his new partner Kao, a German Shepherd, in Pennsylvania.
Paul and Kao served their Department for seven years until Kao’s retirement. During their seven years of service Paul was responsible for maintaining Kao’s training and maintaining his certification.
Soon after his K-9 partners retirement, Paul was promoted to Patrol Sergeant. As a Patrol Sergeant he took over the supervision of the Departments K-9 Unit until his retirement.
